Francisco, a native of Mexico has been printmaking and doing mixed media art in Charlotte, NC since 1995. Mostly self- taught, but has taken printmaking workshops throughout the years. His work has been in several exhibitions throughout the two Carolina’s, Georgia, Oregon and New York. In 2004 he was an affiliate artist with McColl Center for Art + Innovation. In 2002 his art was chosen for ‘Celebrating The Legacy of Romare Bearden exhibition at The Mint Museum Of Art in Charlotte. His art is in several private collections in both Carolinas, Connecticut, Missouri, China and New York. His art is in the permanent collection of Queens University in Charlotte and in corporations throughout North Carolina. He has won awards from Associated Artist of Winston Salem, NC, Museum of York County in Rock Hill and the Charlotte Art League in Charlotte. Visit
