Cynthia Carbajal has over eight years experience as a graphic designer and a lifetime of experience as a fine artist. Carbajal graduated with honors and attained her Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design degree in 2010. As the Art Director and Webmaster at Imagine Communications, she is responsible for the Design and Development Team and directing all work that comes through the department. Carbajal has developed a broad range of design skills. She has worked on and directed projects ranging from branding to illustrations to website design and coding, she has fully rebranded companies, created promotional materials in both print and digital forms, designed book covers, laid out magazines and other publications, created illustrations for both books and marketing materials, and has also developed multiple websites from design to launch.
Cynthia Carbajal’s fine art work was featured in a solo show at the Art Institute of Las Vegas Gallery through March 28th, 2018. Her work has been featured in group shows at the Art Institute of Las Vegas, Weber State College, and Fremont High School. She was awarded Best of Show in the Weber District Art Show and First place in the Fremont High Art Show. She works with several different mediums including, but not limited to: acrylic, watercolor, oils, prismacolor pencil, pastels, oil pastels, graphite, and charcoal. In her spare time, Carbajal works on freelance projects and commissions coming from both the design and the fine art worlds as well as her own personal expression creations.
