Born in Atlanta, Georgia, emerging artist Alea Hurst began her journey into drawing and painting eight years ago. She produces two-dimensional works, particularly drawings and paintings, which range from traditional to experimental and mixed media approaches. She recently received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Bachelor of Business Arts degree in Management from the University of Georgia. Her work has been exhibited various places including Hartsfield-Jackson airport, the University of Georgia, and bought by the State Botanical Garden.
