Tammy Liu-Haller is a mostly self-taught pencil artist creating realistic dog portraits, family trees and private commissions. In 2011, after not creating any art for 15 years, she picked up her pencils to create a gift for two friends. A subsequent “flurry of events” at a New Years party would lead to her own art business, “The Story Tree” being created! In 2016, she cut the last tie to an outside job and became a true full-time artist. Liu-Haller donates a lot of work to support animal rescue. She hopes to continue building upon that.
