Professional Artist presents its Second Annual Blank Canvas Art Contest. The winner will be published in the December 2013/ January 2014 issue.
Last year’s winner was Mateen Abdus-Samad of West Virginia, who submitted the 3 1/2-inch-by-2 1/2-inch drawing of a cowboy playing the guitar at right.

How to enter:
To enter please download the entry form and print it out on any type of paper, complete (draw/paint) your artwork in the space provided, fill out this entry form and mail to:

All entries must be received by midnight EST Oct. 1, 2013. The winner will be published in the Dec. 2013/Jan. 2014 issue of Professional Artist magazine. Entries must be drawn/painted specifically for this contest (do not crop existing artwork and affix to the space).
